Coiled Basket Bundle-Solid Color With this starter kit you will learn the skills to weave a beautiful coiled basket using Bobbiny’s 5mm braided cord. This bundle includes approximately 12 feet of 3/8 inch cotton filler cord, approximately 125 feet of Bobbiny’s 5mm braided cord, 2 weaving needles and the link to a step-by-step tutorial, by @macremebycre. This instructional video is easy to follow and beginner friendly. The completed basket will be between 6 and 8 inches in diameter depending on the shape and tension you decide to make. Each ball of cord will need to be cut as you wrap your basket. Tip: When using the coiling technique cutting the cord into about 4 ft sections will avoid tangles and knots. So cut as you go. Also, you may have extra cord leftover when finished to use for other projects.
